The dealership is great. I feel like customer service could be better. I’ve gone in for service twice, both times with Caleb - although he’s friendly, there’s a few things th I feel like customer service could be better. I’ve gone in for service twice, both times with Caleb - although he’s friendly, there’s a few things that are a no for me: the first time we went, he was eating in front of my husband and I while he was helping us check in - I work in the medical field (this may not apply to a dealership) but in my field - we don’t eat in front of patients we are helping. This time, I waited way more than needed for my car. I have a tracker on my keys and I’m also able to see the location of the car on the VW app. and could tell my keys/ car were close by but he said the car was not ready. Needles to say I waited about 45 mins longer. When I went back up to check - he realized the keys were behind him the whole time. I was there from 11 AM to 2PM. I will probably take my car to New Port Richey next time More
