I really like the service I receive from Volkswagen of Ocala the reason it's not excellent and Caled is only average is because when I picked up my 2019 GLI my on-board diagnostics was not working and whe Ocala the reason it's not excellent and Caled is only average is because when I picked up my 2019 GLI my on-board diagnostics was not working and when I called Caleb he explained that they might have left the wire off the battery when in all reality it does not work like that. The system plugs into the OBD port. I'm a service manager myself and an advisor should never give information out to a customer unless they know exactly what the answer is. Although he offered me to bring it back and he would have the mechanic hook the wire to the battery for me.. But all in All I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.. More
