Enjoyed the visit for service to my new ID-4. First try I had to wait 5 hours for the diagnosis without appointment. Thanks for the refreshments. My only desire would have been to have less sugar and some meat in the snacks, with a microwave to heat items. Also, Diet Coke would have been a blessing in your water cooler in the waiting area. Danny has given me professional and competent service for the trips to have a part replaced on my ID-4. He is truly a 5-star service advisor!
