Fantastic experience I had been looking for a newer vehicle, and knew I'd have struggles because of my credit score and only my current vehicle to trade without any extra I had been looking for a newer vehicle, and knew I'd have struggles because of my credit score and only my current vehicle to trade without any extra cash down. I spoke to the internet person they assured me something could be done. Still hesitant because I was treated like a waste of time at other places we had been to. But decided to give it a shot. Walked in and was greeted by Alex. Seemed nice but I was kind of on gaurd because of previous treatment at other places. Went back to his office and I explained about the bad credit no money down just my trade and needed my payment at a certain amount. He was understanding and didn't treat me like I was a waste of time, just explained the process. Sounded good so we proceeded. He offered us drinks snack and what not. Did paper work to start the process and he was gone to see what he could do. Came back and said they found the perfect vehicle.... He was a passionate about what he was showing and I was just like whaaaa- it was a mini van and I was not interested. We laughed, and he went back to work with the manager , and finance guy to find another one. Well they did, it was a nice used car low miles and what not. Looked good so I drove it, now was the moment of Truth, could it happen. Bam it did. Sorry this is so long but the time/effort, the kindness and laughter during the process was awesome. I'm not someone with a lot of money or much to offer a dealership. They treated me like I was a friend wanting a vehicle. Bree was friendly and down to earth and the finance guy ( sorry I don't remember his name, but remember how he treated me) was great. Not a typical finance person with attitude. He was great! The whole experience from the internet sales to the delivery was amazing. On top of all that, I get a free car wash for as long as I own the vehicle. It doesn't seem like a lot, but did you ever pay for a car wash ? I can do that 3 times a week for free!! If it can be done, they will do it for you! Especially if you want a mini van 😂😂😂. Met Alex at the door and he walked us through the process never promised he could deliver the moon but was honest fair and very caring. He worked with Bree and they found the perfect car for us and was better than anything else we have found hunting all over ocala. Really top notch group we will be back to buy another vehicle later.
