Terrible! I received the following in an email from Michelle “ your vehicle price is going to be $xxx OTD. Congratulations on your new Passat! ” We agreed on a sale and then they sold the car the same night before I was scheduled to pick it up at noon the next day. I had to drive to the next town over for a cashiers check and then have someone drive me an hour to get a rental car to drive the next day to pick up the car since I was not trading in my current car. So, not only am I out of the cost of the rental car, I am out of hours of my time wasted preparing to go purchase the car. Their response was to offer a car that was more than $5000 over the price of the agreed upon car. More

Volkswagen of Ocala had the car and the price was reasonable. The car was clean, serviced, and Gettel Certified. Getting in it, driving, working through the financing, was all a breeze. Even though it was close to 4pm on a Sunday, everyone involved was happy and helpful. The coffee service was well supplied and a nice bonus! My sales person, Savanna, was straight forward and very nice, she has contacted me 3 times since the sale 2 months ago, just to see how things were going, she proudly took very good care of me, The car is everything I expected and the sales and service were above what I have experienced in the past.
