Two years ago we went in after having a bad experience at Mancari's Dodge, well, we purchased three Jetta's (two 2011's and one 2008) it was a great experience and a decent deal. Fast forward to last night, Mancari's Dodge, well, we purchased three Jetta's (two 2011's and one 2008) it was a great experience and a decent deal. Fast forward to last night, we went in for some service on our 2011 Jetta, while waiting, Arshan got us a good deal on a 2013, our payment went down and we put out NO money, it was all a good experience. Rocco remembered us and as always, was quite nice. We have purchased 5 cars from Haggerty now, at two dealerships (GMC-Buick down the street and 4 at the VW dealer) it has always been great dealing with friendly employees and the finance guy was VERY friendly, approachable and informative. Thanks Haggerty!!! More

I was very happy with the service department. When calling in, they were very professional, took their time and asked questions. They made sure that I understood what needed to be done. They asked if I had any transportation needs when I dropped my car off and was taken to the train station promptly. They also had a car waiting for me when I returned. I have had my 06 passatt for 6 years and love it. When I do have to go into the dealership, I am so tempted to drive away with new wheels, but I am driving my car until it runs no longer. More

I always go to Mike Haggerty VW for all my service needs. I live about 30 miles south, but I always go to this dealership because of the service that I receive here. I'm always greated politely by the service guys and even when I'm waiting at the counter, the salesmen always smile and say hi. It's a just a great friendly feel here. The waiting room/restrooms are very clean and always have a free snack if you would like! When service is done with my car, they go over everything they did and let you know what concerns they have. NO PRESSURE HERE....... More

Pete sat with my Andrew to explain in great detail some issues I had with a vehicle that was to be traded in. All the info I gained that day will help me with future purchases. Once in the finance office, Frank assisted me in chosing the best options as far financing, I got a great rate, A excellent extended warranty. I have heard the rumors about how horrible the service is at this location, but guess what I have experienced it for myself. I dropped my Volkswagon Toureg on a Monday, 04 April 2011@0934 am. It was dropped at this location, but guess what I have experienced it for myself. I dropped my Volkswagon Toureg on a Monday, 04 April 2011@0934 am. It was dropped off for an oil change and the airbag warning light was on. I had to call the service department on Tuesday, 05 April 2011@ 4:30p.m. to be told that my car was just being checked, I received a call @ 5:30p.m. and was told the oil change was completed but the wiring was burnt out for the airbag. I asked the service person to go ahead and fix the vehicle. I never received a call that night or the next day until I called the service department on Wednesday, 06 April 2011 @4:30 pm. I was told that the part for the airbag was not ordered and if they ordered it now, it would not be in until Thursday, 07 April 2011. I stated they have had my car for three days, they was suppose to order the part on Tuesday, but the part was not ordered. I told them I was coming to get my vehicle. This is not the end of the bad service. I drove my vehicle for two days when the coolant light came on in the dash board that stated stop the car immediately and check the coolant fluid. When I had a auto store to check the fluid because I could only make it off of the expressway. They stated they coolant fluid was wayyyyyyyy below the min requirement (I have photos), washer fluid was not filled. Remember at the beginning of the letter I stated I had and oil change where they are suppose to check and top off all fluids. I completed a complaint on their website, but no reply. Do anyone know how to get in contact with the owner of this dealership so I can inform him of the poor service at this dealership. Now I have to make an appointment to drop the same vehicle off at another dealership to complete the job that was not done. Ohhh they did charge me for putting the vehicle on the machine but did not complete the work. I still can not drive my Volkswagen Toureg until I get it to another dealership. More
Stay away from this dealership and ANY VW product. Corporate VW is as bad as the individual dealership, but that makes sense. They lie steal and cheat. They made me put in a new engine in a 3 year old car. Lied to me about the number of oil changes I should have had. I actually missed 1, 2 years ago and they claimed I was off by 5. They have since recanted that but still made me responsible for the seized up engine. I subsequently find out that the turbo was blown and it had nothing to do with the amount of oil changes. Very bad experience. More
