I brought my 2024 atlas to the service department. car is having electrical issues.when I arrived, I was told that they didn’t have loaners, but they could give me a ride back home. One hour later they car is having electrical issues.when I arrived, I was told that they didn’t have loaners, but they could give me a ride back home. One hour later they couldn’t take me home because they didn’t have anyone or any cars. I would not have a problem with that if I was told this from the beginning But Reyna the service attendant came out 15 min into my waiting time and told me that the shuttle was going to be there shortly, that she had called them and they were on the way. Well if I would not have checked she would have left me waiting there for hours. the service manager and her were absolutely unprofessional! they told me that since they didn’t have anybody to take me home Nore had loaners my options were to just reschedule and take my car back .that obviously upset me a lot because I was there for an hour and a half waiting for a ride back home. However, their response was actually really shocking. They said that they prioritize on the customers that purchase their cars there and since I didn’t purchased the car there they didn’t ’t have loaners for me.And Reyna also mentioned that if i didn’t like my options, I could always take the car back to the dealer I purchased it from. this is definitely not the way to treat customers. Hopefully this review gets to owners or upper management, people that will care about the customer and the reputation of this place. You should be treated with dignity and respect whether you purchase a car there or not, you are a Volkswagen CUSTOMER.! More
Took my car in for service and 4 days later still hasn’t even been looked at. I was it was looked at but my car send me notifications of when it is open or turned on and since I’ve dropped it off has not ev even been looked at. Services refuses to provide loaner on 2012 Passat with clock spring recall the car is not drivable. By law they are required to. Giving me the run around. Says they don't have any loaners. This Morning I had an appointment for service on my 2018 Passat , First they had to order the part and call me in a couple of days , that didn't happen, I called on Friday and say to me , yes we have your p Passat , First they had to order the part and call me in a couple of days , that didn't happen, I called on Friday and say to me , yes we have your part, I told them that someone soppose to call me. I set up for appointment for Wednesday: for today @ 7: 45 am , it would take 2 1/2 to do. I just got my car 1:00pm , you mean it takes 5 1/2 hrs . I am so xxxx I have to go to work , I am a health care worker and I should been in before noon time and on top of that you did not at least c clean my car. really JOKERS ! Give me a break ! More

Mike Sullivan - (Sales Consultant) along with Arshan Alamgir (Sales Manager) were very patient with me by taking the time to answer all my questions. At no time did I feel pressured by them to make a purchase. I would truly recommend anyone to visit this dealership when purchasing a car. More

Ignoring previous reviews regarding poor service, over charging for pricey services that really only required a quick fix etc. I took my car in for an oil change and a tire got a phone call 3 days later that my bill was $1500!!! I was given a $550 tab for a maintenance check....that I NEVER asked for or requested. They say the work order has my signature except it had no prices next to it! I've been speaking back and forth with the service manager who basically came back with the we've been in business 25years and here's a $50off service coupon? If you admit no wrong doing after such a lengthy ( who are we kidding here) conversation with upper management or that 25years in business means that there isn't room for improvement you are sadly mistaken. Also why the $50 off? As of that compares to being charged $550 for something I NEVER ASKED FOR! If you must take your car here which I've earned you not to do, do not sign any documents without checking for erroneous charges and taking pictures of any paperwork given! More

Two years ago we went in after having a bad experience at Mancari's Dodge, well, we purchased three Jetta's (two 2011's and one 2008) it was a great experience and a decent deal. Fast forward to last night, Mancari's Dodge, well, we purchased three Jetta's (two 2011's and one 2008) it was a great experience and a decent deal. Fast forward to last night, we went in for some service on our 2011 Jetta, while waiting, Arshan got us a good deal on a 2013, our payment went down and we put out NO money, it was all a good experience. Rocco remembered us and as always, was quite nice. We have purchased 5 cars from Haggerty now, at two dealerships (GMC-Buick down the street and 4 at the VW dealer) it has always been great dealing with friendly employees and the finance guy was VERY friendly, approachable and informative. Thanks Haggerty!!! More
