Stay away from this dealership and ANY VW product. Corporate VW is as bad as the individual dealership, but that makes sense. They lie steal and cheat. They made me put in a new engine in a 3 year old car. Lied to me about the number of oil changes I should have had. I actually missed 1, 2 years ago and they claimed I was off by 5. They have since recanted that but still made me responsible for the seized up engine. I subsequently find out that the turbo was blown and it had nothing to do with the amount of oil changes. Very bad experience. More
The people here are no help whatsoever. They dont even consider the fact that being a valued customer is what matters the most. The more you take your car in , the more problems they give you with the car consider the fact that being a valued customer is what matters the most. The more you take your car in , the more problems they give you with the car. For example, I took my car in for brakes. All of the sudden, I have fuel fumes coming from my vents. Then, two days later, my cars check engine light is flashing. All they could say is, "You're gonna have to get it towed in here for us to look at." Umm,excuse me, my car never had problems before and now all of the sudden my check engine light is flashing and "unsafe to drive"???!!!! Do not take your car here to this service center. They always give you the run around on everything and will never give you a straight answer. They always come up with additional problems, the most minute problems that are not even problems but all of the sudden mysteriously become problems. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Go to another dealer! Not this one! Oh and by the way, next time you call them, notice how you're always "on hold". More
Me and my husband purchased a new VW Jetta from this particular dealership. About a year later, we had trouble with the latch that keeps the trunk open. My husband took it in to the service shop so th particular dealership. About a year later, we had trouble with the latch that keeps the trunk open. My husband took it in to the service shop so that they could assess the damage. The service manager and the mechanics did EVERYTHING they could to NOT help. They even made him try to sign a pre-written statement saying that the defect was not there problem. My husband refused to sign 2 of the 3 statements because he disagreed with the verbage. He kept the copy that he did sign, which infuriated the service manager and the mechanics. They then verbally assaulted and tried to PHYSICALLY assault my husband. I called to complain about the poor service to the owner, Mike Haggerty. He acted as if nothing was wrong and literally said," Well, what do you want me to do?" That dealership hires nothing but imbeciles who are only out to screw people. If you are looking to buy a VW or any other type of vehicle, stay away from this dealership! Mike Haggerty needs to have his businesses shut down secondary to the poor services they provide! More
The salespeople at this dealership are horrible, to say it nicely. They are constantly lying to customers, promising things without any intention of following through. They do not return phone calls, and i it nicely. They are constantly lying to customers, promising things without any intention of following through. They do not return phone calls, and if you are able to speak to someone they just rush you off the phone. When I arrived to buy a specific vehicle they only would show my cars way above my price range. These people are filthy businessmen and do not deserve to have a job. More
This dealer was an absolute nightmare. my purchase experience was satisfactory but all customer service is terrible. service dept. is never able to duplicate a problem without a check engine light, a experience was satisfactory but all customer service is terrible. service dept. is never able to duplicate a problem without a check engine light, a loaner usually requires 2 weeks advance notice, employees can be very confrontational and/or act like you are bothering them. they somewhere along the line didn't grasp the concept that satisfied repeat customers is what makes the difference.
