Ive had 3 Volkswagen vehicles. The reliability is TERRIBLE. The repairs and replacements are TOO expensive for an average vehicle... might is well get an Audi. The waiting time required for my repair to be completed was acknowledged by providing me with a loaner. The loaner helped me avoid disruption to my real estate work.
