Accommodating, getting the part took 3 weeks. Not counting weekends. Parts person Tyler was cordial. When the part did come in, he kept me updated. The person who took the payment was rude. I was Not counting weekends. Parts person Tyler was cordial. When the part did come in, he kept me updated. The person who took the payment was rude. I wasn’t warned that a 3% charge would be added on if I used a charge card. I didn’t have my debit card with me. If I would have known, I would have saved myself $50. And brought my debit card or cash. My ride left and I live 3 miles away. More
