Everything went well until I went to finance to complete the transaction and I changed my mind about the Luxcare and was told it couldn't be taken out of the contract because it had already been put through the transaction and I changed my mind about the Luxcare and was told it couldn't be taken out of the contract because it had already been put through from the sales department.
