The only positive is they were able to get me in and out quickly for an oil change (even though more than half of that cost was in “fees”). One of the suggestions was to replace my cabin filter, which they took out and showed me on video. Great right? No. It was covered in leaves and they couldn’t even do the decency of dumping out the leaves before putting it back. They need to bring back the family friendly atmosphere, service, and reasonable pricing that used to be there before the acquisition. More
