I was apprehensive to bring my car in as I went to a closer mechanic and was told what was wrong with my vehicle. Service Rep Patrick was quick to tell me I’m out of warranty and I have to pay for diagnostic but mentioned they noticed it might be my battery. Instead of checking the battery first he was going to do the diagnostic but luckily I told him not to do the diagnostic first and he told me he check and see if it wasn’t too late if the guys had already done the diagnostic first. Then they held me for two hours just to tell me it was just a battery even after I received the video and that I owed 475 if I wanted a new battery when I explained that I could not afford that and asked for the information to purchase a battery somewhere else, he said he wasn’t able to get any information from the tech or from looking at the battery to help me.. if that was not enough, he proceeded to take my key from the driver and not give me my key back, saying he wanted to test my car to see if it started up. He never asked me my permission. I told him to give me my keys, and that I was able and capable of checking if my car started for myself. Afterwards, I called the general manager of VW at Morgan auto Works and left a message and he never returned my call. My family, my friends, and I have all been long time customers of Reeves, but now that I see that Morgan is not a reputable and honest group I will no longer be coming to Morgan More
