Pierne worked diligently to get us into the car we wanted, below what we would have paid anywhere else. In fact, he succeeded in selling us a nicer car than we had actually wanted....and I think he was correct in steering us towards the vehicle with the options that would ultimately make us most happy. We aren't easy ones to sell too. We aren't even much fun to deal with....but I can tell you that we were treated with absolute respect. Not only did Michael take good care of us, but the general sales manager and owner of the dealership asked us point blank what it was that we needed. They didn't make a huge profit off of our deal, but treated us like we were the most important customers they had. In addition, we had our other GTI serviced in Fort Myers. They failed to hook a computer back up, and it resulted in my car glitching. Naples identified the problem, hooked it back up correctly, and the issue was resolved.
