After receiving a referral from KBB to several local dealers in an attempt to sell my 2018 Land River Discovery, the suggested selling price was a few thousand dollars lower than my remaining payoff. The other dealers responded by saying that unfortunately they could not deviate from the KBB suggested price. Volkswagen of Murrieta on the other hand was a completely different story. Andre, in the used inventory acquisition department, went to bat for me. In the end, Andre was able to negotiate a price that paid off the entirety of my remaining balance. He even drove me home after the transaction was completed. I would recommend Volkswagen of Murrieta, but more specifically, Andre, to anyone interested in selling their used vehicle.
