Couldn't have been better! I have been looking at used cars for weeks and I am frustrated and irritated and tired of looking at cars and dealing with anybody in this industry. Why does this have to be such a tooth pulling process? Well, I take it all back, I walked into VW of Murrieta today and could not be more surprised or HAPPY. Best experience ever buying a car. They are friendly, honest, they weren't cheesy or overbearing and most importantly they made me happy. Terrific job, Joe and Annett. We will be back when we are buying cars for our three boys in the next few years. More

I visited Volkswagen Of Murrieta to view the colors and take a peek at the car since it's almost a 3 hour drive to Ventura. I let Joseph know that I was only there to see the car and that my loyalties lay with my grandson who was assisting me with the leasing of the car.
