Great Customer Service Was browsing cars on the internet and found one I was interested in at Murrieta Volkswagen. After showing interest online I immediately was contacted via Telephone by Leeann Webb. She offered to run numbers for me and got back to me right away! We came to the dealership, test drove the car, and within an hour we were driving off with our new car. Leeann made it so simple and treated us with the utmost respect. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to AVOID the classic “screw you” kind of car salesmen we dealt with before coming to Murrieta Volkswagen. More

Joe kept in contact with me when I first inquired about a certified pre-owned vehicle with the dealership and gave me his personal line so I could direct any questions personally with him. Joe was very friendly and knowledgable about the vehicle I was inquiring to buy. My experience overall with VW has always been pleasant and I'm happy to say that Murrieta kept the same standard here. Even the smallest detail, they were able to take care of in a timely manner. I purchased the car at a great price and the team was very respective about my decision to not finance through the dealership.
