Better than Expected We went in to Hendricks VW Sunday after checking their inventory on used Beetles One in particular caught my eye. We arrived @ 630pm Greeted by Sarah. She was very easy and not pushy a big plus. Asked if we wanted to go for test drive and off we went. Next thing I know we are in negotiations and signing paperwork. Every person from GM John and Lauren made an impact on how they were professional But my hat and goodie bag topping on the sweet deal and I've got to say It's because of employees like Sarah our first line of contact She gained my trust and Always provided answers and went the extra mile. Couldn't have been better! I have been looking at used cars for weeks and I am frustrated and irritated and tired of looking at cars and dealing with anybody in this industry. Why does this have to be such a tooth pulling process? Well, I take it all back, I walked into VW of Murrieta today and could not be more surprised or HAPPY. Best experience ever buying a car. They are friendly, honest, they weren't cheesy or overbearing and most importantly they made me happy. Terrific job, Joe and Annett.
