Great experiences with every member of the team. I had been looking for many weeks over a 100 mile radius for the exact Tiquan that Murrieta VW had just put on their website. I called and spoke with Leah who answered my first questions. Andre showed me the car and was very knowledgeable about all of the features and there are MANY. We took a test drive, with Andre pointing out more features as we were driving. The whole transaction was very professional and friendly. Andre noted that the car was missing the SD Navigation card and the dealer ordered a new one. Leah personally delivered it to our house along with some complementary touch up paint. Andre followed up to make sure everything has been OK. I met a few others at in the parts department and finance desk. Every person contributed to it being a great experience. More
