Quick, friendly and very professional! When I emailed the dealer, they responded very quickly. Then it was detailed and gassed up before we drove this beautiful car away! All the staff we dealt with was amazing! Warm professional sales staff I purchased 2 cars from this dealership. Salesman Andre helped me both times. I've seen him out in town a couple times and it seems like we became qui I purchased 2 cars from this dealership. Salesman Andre helped me both times. I've seen him out in town a couple times and it seems like we became quick friends. Visited the dealership a couple times later shopping for a bigger car and the other sales staff are just as easy going. The first car had a leak from the oil pan which they fixed (simple fix - new seal) and they threw in the 6 oil changes and inspections for peace of mind. It was nice knowing they will check it for the first 70k miles with the oil changes. My second visit was to purchase the new Atlas. They worked very hard to help me narrow down the right model for my family (couple weeks) and figure out a great deal. The paperwork took about an hour and the finance guy. Mr Young was very informative and cool to hang out with. I've had some bad experiences with dealerships but i would HIGHLY recommend VW of Murrieta to anyone!!! More
