I’m pleased and so happy with the service her and her staff accomplished to get me into my new ride. There were some obstacle they had to face but now I know they can handle what ever comes their way, please believe me I’m proof of that and for that I’m very grateful. Scott and LeeAnn are awesome to work with and are the reason I keep coming back when I'm in the market for a new car (usually every 2 years because of my car addiction) I've had a Jetta, Passat, GTI, GLI and just purchased my second Touareg because I loved the first one so much. LeeAnn is always helpful, very prompt with getting back to me and extremely patient as we work to get me the best possible deal. I also get all my service done there and Peter is my go to guy. Great USED CAR Service Gabby was the sales person for the 2012 Chevy Equinox I purchased. She did a great job! Also, the dealership put on brand new tires, replaced the rear brake pads, changed the oil and filter, replaced the cabin air filters, and several other items. Amazing service from Leeann, Scott and Luis I inquired about a car through the dealership website and from that moment forward nothing but top notch service. Leeann had a car pulled around for I inquired about a car through the dealership website and from that moment forward nothing but top notch service. Leeann had a car pulled around for us and ready to answer any questions. We actually chose a different model then we inquired about and she was very quick in shifting her efforts and answered all our questions. Once we picked our vehicle, Leeann was very helpful through the negotiation process. Scott and Luis did everything they could to meet our needs. My wife and I never felt pressured or had that awkward buying feeling throughout the entire process. We love our new car and we love this dealership due to our buying experience. More

Fast, Fun, & Friendly!!! I am a recent college grad who was having trouble financing or leasing a car because I have no credit history. I had been to countless dealers with pr I am a recent college grad who was having trouble financing or leasing a car because I have no credit history. I had been to countless dealers with promises of "special financing programs for people like me", but no one delivered on that promise. Finally, I stumbled across VW of Murrieta and my experience changed DRAMATICALLY!!! I live almost 2 hours from the dealership and Aaron and John totally understood my situation and we were able to negotiate a deal and get approved for financing all over email and phone. When I came in to pick up my car (which was the next day, which shows you how good these guys are) they treated me like family and taking delivery of the car was an experience that I will never forget. Three words come to mind when I think of these guys: FAST, FUN, & FRIENDLY just like my review says!!! If you're ever in the market for a car, please give these guys a chance! Even if you're coming from a decent distance away, I promise it is worth your time!!! More

Not so dreaded car buying experience! We were suprised by the selection of used full size trucks at the dealership which is what we were shopping for. We had been to numerous dealerships who also had a vast selection but the quality was not there. Our sales associate Aaron Jensen was extremely knowledgeable and accomidating during our visit, he made the dreaded experience of buying a vehicle much easier. We didn’t feel as though we were being haggled with when finalizing the sale. They were very effficient as well when it came to completing the loan and financing process. Overall I would highly recommend visiting this dealership when shopping for either a used or new car. More
