My client advisor, Joe Meenan, set me up for a test drive and took his time in explaining the features of the car I was interested in which is the Jetta Hybrid. I've never owned a hybrid vehicle before and came out of the dealership a lot more knowledge of the hybrid technology and what to expect. I came to sign the papers and pick up the car less than an hour before their closing the following day due to my work schedule; and the team stayed extra late to cater to my needs and ensured that I took the vehicle home that same night. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was courteous and helpful in answering all my questions. Two thumbs up for the VW staff at Murrieta. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone I know. More
