Excellent service all around Great experience! I had called on a Thursday about a vehicle to ensure they had it in stock still. I spoke to Aaron Jensen. He gave me a lot of inform Great experience! I had called on a Thursday about a vehicle to ensure they had it in stock still. I spoke to Aaron Jensen. He gave me a lot of information as well as answered my questions as to whether or not I could get the monthly payment price point I wanted. He assured me that based off the numbers I gave him, they could get very close to the dollar amount I wanted. We set a tentative Saturday appointment where I assured him I would let him know if we could get out of the house earlier than that as I have 2 kids. He checked with me the morning of the appointment at which point I let him know we would be earlier. When we arrived we were met by another salesman who immediately went and got Aaron. Aaron came out with the keys for the vehicle I wanted to look at. (I’ve gone to dealerships before where they had to scramble to find keys, even though they knew I was coming). He pulled it out for me, we took it for a test drive and the rest was history. He was very patient with my very impatient kiddos and did everything he could to ensure our convenience since the kids wanted to keep playing. I believe we were in and out in less than 3 hours. And with a payment at the price point I wanted! I had a due bill where the car needs a new reverse light, and right of way Monday they were calling to schedule! Our last 4 cars came from Dodge Temecula and as loyal as we are to Dodge I would definitely go back to VW if they had something I wanted. More

Since I’ve had a good experience when I bought the GTI, and LeeAnn did a great job in following up with me during the years making sure that I’m happy with the car, it was just natural for me to call her to inquire about a trade in. We worked out a deal for a new Golf R over the phone, and when I came in to the dealership everything was ready for me, all I had to do was to sign the paperwork.
