I called Scott Carter who told me he would take care of me from the first Jetta I bought. Unfortunately., the week I decided to buy a pre-loved Jetta was the same week work started having issues. Leeann, Scott and Matt were always kind and helpful even though I know I was not the most happy and best person to work with. Almost everything was done via email and text message which was great for my situation. I am not a person who haggles so I might have been able to get a better deal than I did but with the work situation I was also just looking to get this taken care of. More

I was coming a long way for a vehicle based off some pictures and a few emails. There’s always that doubt in the back of your mind of what you’ll find when you arrive. They honored every promise they made. Also the car was well taken care of. They had replaced almost every consumable part on this car (oil and filter, brake pads, wiper blades, air filter, fuel filter). It’s nice to not have to worry about these things ona used car. It’s just more than I was expecting. More

LeeAnn was very helpful right from the outset. When we arrived to when we got home the communication was great. The finance manager, Lauren Riley, was very easy to deal with and was also very patient in answering my questions about various line items in the contract. I was also very impressed with the advanced tech that this dealership was utilizing (i.e., desk-sized screen where we reviewed and signed e-documents... almost like using a 42-inch Samsung Note :) This was also the fastest car-buying process that I've experienced.
