The entire team was great to deal with when purchasing a new 2022 VW Taos for my mom! I had initially went to the dealership to just look at the Taos, which I was then going to purchase for my mom from a VW new 2022 VW Taos for my mom! I had initially went to the dealership to just look at the Taos, which I was then going to purchase for my mom from a VW dealership in TN, which is where she lives. I met Dane, our salesman. I was honest with Dane about not planning on buying a vehicle from him and just wanting to see the Taos vs the Jetta. He was still very kind and went inside to get the keys to show me both of them. After looking for a Taos in TN, I realized that most dealerships were charging over MSRP due to inventory shortages. I called Dane and asked him if I could purchase the Taos they had on the lot and have it shipped to my mom in TN. He said of course and came in on his off day to do the paperwork. Norm in finance went over our extra options and didn't try to upsell. We ended up getting an additional warranty. Jose also helped arrange the transport of the new vehicle to TN and sending additional paperwork needed to get the vehicle titled, tagged, and registered in TN, also on his off day. So Dane in sales, Jose the Manager, and Norm in finance are all great to work with. Great, easy process from start to finish! More
