Writing this review after a month of purchase. I’ve purchased many cars over the years. Purchasing a car in current market condition is very difficult in terms of good price and reliability. I moved from Canada and wanted to have a car from day one. I contacted VW of Murrieta based on availability of a car. It came out to be one of the best experiences in recent years. LeeAnn Webb & John Young are an absolute asset for the dealership. Purchasing a car from another country specifically making a payment, doing a virtual tour can a very difficult. However, everything was handled in a very efficient way. When you do finalize a deal on a call, there is a lot of back and forth with small to critical questions. I am vey happy that all my questions were handled quickly and in an exceptionally good way. The car was handed over to me on my day of arrival and they also helped me with all my queries even after purchasing the car. They were not pushy or aggressive whatsoever. LeeAnn Webb & John Young are the people who makes a difference in a very positive way. I will be back soon for an electric.
