Staff was welcoming, very polite and professional, my advisor was great as well. But my issue was with the time it took to service the car, was told later in the day that the car needed to stay at the de advisor was great as well. But my issue was with the time it took to service the car, was told later in the day that the car needed to stay at the dealership overnight, I was not offered a rental or loner car, or at least a voucher for lift or Uber so i can get to the dealership to pick it up. When I picked up the car the next day, it was not washed as requested. More
