I have never owned a Volkswagen before and the team at Signature made this experience less stressful than my local dealership. I am over an hour away and had been wanting a Jetta for several months. I searched for information over the internet, as well as going to my local dealership, but was still not satisfied. One day, i got a call from Ashley A. and she took the time to explain the difference in the models of the Jetta to me and find out exactly what I wanted. I was so disenfranchised with how my local dealership had treated me I no longer had faith that I would find the car I wanted. Fast forward to a month ago...I got the urge again to look for a Jetta...so i went to my local dealership and was treated the same way!!! This time I had enough..I was taking my business somewhere else. Luckily, I still had Ashley's number. I called her and explained what kind of car I wanted and she went right to work. Thanks to her and the team she works with, I ended up with the car I wanted. A 5 speed Jetta...I appreciate Ashley, Chad and Howard for all of their patience and kindness. I know that I am one of those customers that may seem over the top, but I like to make sure that if I am spending my money, I get what I pay for. Thanks, Signature Volkswagen!!! More
