Passed the offer at time, but recently my car was totalled in an accident, so I revisited that offer. Sales manager called back and forth but told me I needed over $6000 down payment. I said not feesable and he basically said that was the best he could do. Next day called Village Volkswagen in Chattanooga. They said no problem to get where I wanted to be. Closed the deal same day. We don't trade or buy any where else. On one visit we actually bought two used vehicles with Amy Hale. When we go in we always ask for Amy Hale because she has been so friendly and helpful. When our vehicles have problems we take them to the service department and they are just as friendly and helpful as the sales side. If the work is covered under the warranty then they fix the problem correctly even if it is going to cost them to replace the transmission or air intake and water pump. Give them a try. I contacted the internet sales manager, Eric Beers, who initially told me everything I wanted to hear and asked me to come by after work. I wasn't able to stop in until the next day, so when I called to let him know this, Eric got verbally abusive and then hung up the phone on me saying I was a "no show" for his initial appointment. His tone was confrontational from the moment I called and was highly unprofessional. Also, I later learned the pricing he quoted me was inaccurate (bait and switch). Ryan was a man of his word and the deal I got was the one we agreed to in our negotiations prior to meeting him at the dealership. David Russell completed the paper work a quick and efficient manner and explained every detail in a clearly and concisely. After the experience we felt like family. First VW purchase, love the car. . but this review is about the dealership. We have credit issues like many americans right now, we were treated not only fairly but as if we were VIPs by both the sales p about the dealership. We were there for hours, a few complimentary drinks later the finance manager was able to work a deal with VW credit (not a horrible finance company). He was literally on the phone with them for over half an hour. This is service you don't get everywhere. Sure, they want to make the sale, but this was being an advocate for us which is treatment we didn't get anywhere else (Redell Honda etc.). The sales person was not pushy, in fact he was laid back. He let us make the decision. When we got in the finance office to desk the deal... we got the same treatment. He explained line by line what we were signing up for, and mentioned but did not PUSH the extended warranty at all. This was a very pleasant experience. When all was said and done, here is how we ended up: A brand new VW Jetta TDI with less than 100 miles on it (not a stripped model) for almost $7,000 less than MSRP on Kelley Blue Book. Low Down Payment Outstanding Interest rate for our credit, directly through VW credit We will definitely be coming back to this dealership, and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone considering a VW or Hyundai. You can't go wrong here, I assure you. I'd like to thank Ethan (Sales) and Russell (Finance Manager) for their outstanding service, you deserve every penny of the commission you earned and I wish you and the dealership the best. More

Lied to our face on more than one occasion. We were qouted $1000 difference than what they were going to charge us. That is how they got us to drive an hour and a half away. Then when drawing up paper work he gave us two options take one price pick up car ourselves and finance through vw or we pay the extra $1000 and be done. So we chose to pay $1000. As he draws up paperwork we see he is putting in finance paperwork. We state we have financing. He then stated we had to finance through vw. Seriously...not what he just.stated. We asked for a no bs sales person, and got nothing but that crap from tgis dealership. One word "LIARS" More
Bought a new VW GTI from Signature over the weekend. This was my first new car in over 15 years, so I spent many weeks looking around M'boro and Franklin, researching on-line, and test driving before decidin was my first new car in over 15 years, so I spent many weeks looking around M'boro and Franklin, researching on-line, and test driving before deciding. Nell Mathis was great to work with. I test drove a lot of vehicles at Signature, came back and test drove the GTI several times, and never felt pressured. She answered all of our questions and made the process simple and pleasant. Once I had finally decided on the GTI, I was interested in a very specific build. Nell was able to locate the exact car I was looking for and had it delivered from the Atlanta area in only a couple of days. When it came to the buying process, Howard the finance manager was just as pleasant and easy to work with. He explained our options, but I never felt pressured to add on any of the extra warranty's or coverage we didn't want or need. I would definitely recommend Signature and asking for Nell! More
