Dylan was excellent!!! They not only had the part needed for repair, but helped me in getting to my destination when I could not wait for the repair. It has been over 9 months, and the car hasn't had a problem since. I couldn't be more thankful to all the men working here. What a great company!!! More

He never pressured me, always tried to help me find the exact vehicle that he thought I would like, and when the sale was postponed to a future date, he still reassured me that my vehicle needs were priority with him, not his bonus. I've made numerous car transactions, and I've never driven away from the lot with such a high regard for my salesman. I would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Now, let me say what an experience it was to deal with Ms TJ McAlpin in the finance office. She was so open and honest with me, I looked around to see if there was a Bible in her office. She explained every detail to me, and I promise you, I picked this lady's brain with questions. She showed me the respect that all customers want, always told me the truth (at the expense of an immediate sale) and made me like a valued customer. More

Do Not Waste Your Time My car has been to this dealership 4 times in the last year and a half for the same problem. Every time they claim they "fix" it. Well now the vehicle My car has been to this dealership 4 times in the last year and a half for the same problem. Every time they claim they "fix" it. Well now the vehicle is out of warranty and once again the problem has returned. The dealership had my car for a week with us having to call to check on the status. They "sent pictures to corporate" to decide if they were going to cover fixing it. Of course they decided they were not, and to add insult to injury they're charging me $200 for my car sitting at their lot all week while they did nothing. Needless to say I will be getting rid of this vehicle and never buying another VW again. More

Everything's checked out.") on that ice storm Thursday, silly me didn't try the A/C when it was 10 degrees outside. Yesterday, turn on the A/C, hot air only. I figure they'll fix it free, I haven't even had it 30 days. Nope. Well, learned my lesson here. I sure won't be spending any money there on either of my Volkswagens. I'll drive the other side of Nashville before I use Signature. They ought to rename the business, How to Lose Customers and Make Lifelong Enemies. More

Considered buying 3 months back, when the exact same car I am now looking at. Said they could keep me same note as my current one. Passed the offer at time, but recently my car was totalled in an accident, so I revisited that offer. Sales manager called back and forth but told me I needed over $6000 down payment. I said not feesable and he basically said that was the best he could do. Next day called Village Volkswagen in Chattanooga. They said no problem to get where I wanted to be. Closed the deal same day. We don't trade or buy any where else. On one visit we actually bought two used vehicles with Amy Hale. When we go in we always ask for Amy Hale because she has been so friendly and helpful. When our vehicles have problems we take them to the service department and they are just as friendly and helpful as the sales side. If the work is covered under the warranty then they fix the problem correctly even if it is going to cost them to replace the transmission or air intake and water pump. Give them a try. I hope you have a great experience as we have! More
