We shopped around at multiple dealerships-but ultimately chose Murfreesboro VW, HY because they gave us the best price, service, and options. Everyone that helped us was so accommodating to my situation and budget. The sales consultant Terry Upton was also so fun to work with. He even remembered that my favorite band is The Beatles-so when I went to pick up my new car he had The Beatles channel playing on the SiriusXM!! More
Bought my fourth car from them yesterday I don't go to other dealerships. I don't like being "sold" to. I enjoy doing my own homework and then going to the dealership and being able to select I don't go to other dealerships. I don't like being "sold" to. I enjoy doing my own homework and then going to the dealership and being able to select the car that I want with friendly guidance. No one at this dealership pressures me or tells me to pick something that is outside of what I am looking for in a car. The sales department and the service department partnered together to get me traded into a great new vehicle when the time came. I could tell that they really wanted me to be happy for many years to come. I do all my buying and maintenance in one place. More

Service Center Service writers were most courteous and polite. They explained/confirmed everything that was going to be done for my 40,000 mile service. I will DEFINITELY return to the service department for my Volkswagen. ........Hopefully the dealership sees this. For a $700 service bill, I would expect that they could at least wash my car when they are finished. More

Otherwise, everything else gets one star, and I'm only that generous because it won't let me give less. I and completely dissatisfied with the management and the service department. After getting nowhere with trying to deal with the disorganization of the service department myself, I called the general manager, Ryan Duncan. The receptionist informed me that someone was in his office but that she could transfer me to his voicemail. So I let him know on his voicemail that I was very concerned about the timeliness or lack thereof and lack of professionalism, and that I would like for him to call me back as soon as possible to deal with any important matter. It has been almost 24 hours, and he has proven and validated my feelings on this matter by not calling me back. I know he was in the office because his receptionist told me he was. There is no excuse for not listening to his messages within a 24 hour window between two business days. Hyundai Volkswagen of Murfreesboro has had my brand new vehicle going on 3 weeks now with no reasonable end in sight at this time of my review. I've driven it only twice since we purchased it. We even paid for the service plan up front, so now that they have our money, they seemingly could care less about dealing with us in a professional or timely manner. We bought a brand new 2018 Volkswagen Atlas on October 28th. The day we drove it off the lot it had a terrible Shake, but since it was upon closing of the dealership that evening, we brought it back the next business day to have it fixed. Their service department manager, Chris Gardner, also agreed that the shake was horrible. The wheels were already installed on the car before the sale (it wasn't something we ordered or requested) as aftermarket wheels. While they were beautiful and definitely attracted us to the vehicle, they are apparently not Hub Centric, causing the car to have a horrible shake when we reach Interstate speeds. After 2 weeks of trying to apply "Band-Aids" to the problem so to speak by adding balancing rings, tweaking, trying new lug nuts, Etc, they finally decide they're going to trade out the wheels. We have been told for several days now that someone will be contacting us the following day regarding a new wheel selection. We have yet to receive call from anyone at the dealership or the service department, the only communication we ever have is when we call and persist for updates. We are then pacified with kind apologies about how they understand our frustration and they will "make it right". I have been hearing this for going on 3 weeks now. I believe that this is an absurd amount of time to handle and fix or replace wheels on a brand new vehicle. This should have been done before the vehicle was even sold. I feel baited and switched. In my time dealing with the service department, it seems the left hand doesn't even know what the right hand is doing. The organization and communication is poor at best, and our business keeps getting thrown on the back burner. If we had not been persistent and calling up there every few days, I guarantee we probably wouldn't hear a word from them regarding any updates whatsoever. From day one we have been patient and all we asked for was communication on their part. This is unacceptable business practice, and I am beyond frustrated with this process. I've never had such a bad experience regarding a vehicle purchase. After repeatedly calling to let them know of our frustration, nothing has been done outside of giving us empty promises that they "will make it right". The GM doesn't even have the decency to return my call in a timely manner. I highly recommend that you would avoid this dealership at all costs. Take the extra time and drive to Cool Springs - or anywhere else really. I am so ashamed that I allowed myself to make this investment with such an unreliable business. I would like to note that TJ was great, easy to work with; she seemed sincere and honest. Zack, our salesman, was wonderful too, no complaints there. I have nothing against the sales department, but I am highly disappointed in the management and the service department. Even if I get my brand new vehicle back in correct, working order this week, I fail to see how they could ever "make this right." More
