Had a very pleasent experience buying our new car Upon our arrival Jessica came out to help us look at a few cars that we were interested in. Whenever our first choice wouldn't work out she stayed positive and helped us work through every option until we found the car that worked for our needs and our budget. It took about 6 hours to work through everything and she never lost her positive attitude. At the end of the day we left with a great car and felt very satisfied. I spoke to some other dealers around and that was the feeling I was getting. The feeling that they just wanted to make a sale and couldn't care less about my needs or financial concerns. Michael made all of those fears go away with his genuine and kind personality. I felt like I was dealing with an old friend and not a stranger. After a few test drives and not thinking I could afford what I wanted, he made it happen. Not only did I get the 2018 Tiguan SE in the exact color with all the things I wanted, his trusty sidekick Wes Martinez hit me up a week later with an even better finance deal than I initially signed on for thus lowering my monthly payment.
