He was not only open to negotiation, but after pointing out a few minor dings and scratches on the car, offered to completely repaint and buff out any flaw! They provided me with a loaner vehicle whenever I dropped it off (at my own convenience) and after asking Dylan if they would replace my review mirror he did so himself! I will absolutely be coming back if I ever need another car, and if you ever find yourself stopping by to take a look, please ask for Dylan! I drove out there to look at a Tiguan but wasn't interested in the one I was there to see but the courteous staff quickly found an amazing example of Tiguan for me. Boyd Steele saved me!! Last Friday morning I got the call from my insurance company saying that my car had been totaled.
