Excellent buying experience! We had an excellent buying experience with Jay and Stuart! We initially went in just looking at the VW Atlas. It was the first dealer we went to. I ha We had an excellent buying experience with Jay and Stuart! We initially went in just looking at the VW Atlas. It was the first dealer we went to. I had my kids with me this time and my 1 year old wasn’t going to be patient enough for me to test drive that night so I let Jay know we would have to come back another night. I also wanted to look at other options available in the mid size SUV category. I didn’t feel overly pressured and Jay was great at checking in with me while I was looking at other options. After visiting a few other dealerships and still not having a chance to test drive the Atlas I wanted to look at it again before going to any others since the Atlas filled all of the options I really was looking for. After driving the VW Atlas just once I was hooked and immediately knew it was the vehicle for our family. I wish I hadn’t wasted the time going to the other dealerships. Unfortunately the one I test drove was in brown and knew my wife wouldn’t like it as much. Due to that I asked if we had another color option we could do for the same price. The sales manager Bobby was excellent and immediately started searching inventory and was able to find us the Gray one that he could do for the same price. Unfortunately my wife wasn’t with me that night to trade our vehicles so I let him know we would be back the next day to finish up. When I got there the next day they had everything ready for us and made the process very smooth! I greatly appreciate all the help Jay, Stuart, and Bobby gave us and how wonderful they made our buying experience! More
