I bought my very first car! I was extremely excited to purchase my very first car, and I wanted to look around to see if I liked anything. My dad had seen pictures of a Passat on I was extremely excited to purchase my very first car, and I wanted to look around to see if I liked anything. My dad had seen pictures of a Passat online and said that we could go check it out. Upon arrival we were greeted by Carl, who answered all of my questions in great detail (I had a lot, this was the very first car I looked at). I fell in love with the Passat, but it had just shipped in to Day Apollo that morning and wouldn't be ready until it was processed. Before we got home, Carl had called us to tell us that he already had the car in the shop and said that it would be ready the next day. I came back the next day to pick up my car and Carl gave my parents and I amazing service. My parents, who have dealt with many other dealerships in the past, said that Carl's service blew them away. He spent a good two hours with me one-on-one explaining the paperwork, and then explaining the car in detail. Carl knew my car inside and out and showed me what every single button, knob, and function did. He even went through every function on the touch-screeen computer and showed me how to adjust everything. My parents and I had a great experience at Day Apollo thanks to Carl. I can't thank Carl enough for making my first car purchase experience such a memorable one. Thank you, Day Apollo- but a special thank you to Carl! More
