We had it towed from MO on a Sunday afternoon and Brian arranged a hotel, ride there and back, then had us back on the road by 10am the next morning. We arrived in Denver just in time for the birth of our twin grandsons. Yesterday, driving to Denver for their first birthday the check engine light came on in my wife’s 2013 Touareg TDI. We called Brian from Paducah and he had the problem diagnosed and we were back on the road in an hour. This dealer defines service. Thanks, again. More

Ask for Antonio, he goes above and beyond, he not only skipped his lunch break to help us but also offered to stay late to deliver our car and come in on his day off to help run us through the whole car.
