He also catered to my wife's liking's and showed us many Passatts until we could find the right choice. When we had made up our mind he facilitated the best deal which included options for maintenance and safety and protection. He hung in there for the 5 hours it took to complete the sale and we closed the dealership at 10pm. Way beyond the norm. Great job. More
