First new car I work at Volkswagen of Lake Charles and I was in the market for a new vehicle. I came in on a Saturday my day off and was greeted by the sales associ I work at Volkswagen of Lake Charles and I was in the market for a new vehicle. I came in on a Saturday my day off and was greeted by the sales associate. He walked me around the lot and showed me several models of vehicles that I had been interested in. I was treated in the way I see all of our customers treated I was the only person who mattered to the associate who helped me. I decided on a new vehicle and within 30 minutes we had a payment that was a lot less than I had expected, and by the time I was done in the finance office my car was professionally cleaned and ready for me to drive away. More

The Service Advisor , Jamie , is always so friendly and Gerald , the nice man who works on my vehicle is very friendly and kind.
