What we loved most was that the salesman we were dealing with, Quintin, and the sales manager, Kevin, wasn't pushing us into meeting the dealerships terms but instead did everything he could to meet our terms. In the end both sides had to bend a little to make a deal but it was really refreshing to experience a salesman and sales manager that are actually willing to work for their customers Instead of those that lie to you about how theirs nothing they can do to help bring down the price. They have a great team of very friendly and very motivated personnel and I would highly recommend anyone else come here for their car purchase and I would even more highly recommend dealing with Quintin and Kevin. I had seen a comparable unit on another dealer lot but decided to make USAA's used car finder directed me to VW and I was a casual fan of the brand. I had seen a comparable unit on another dealer lot but decided to make a drive-by to VW to compare. Their pre-owned stock was reasonably priced and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Being a slow-process buyer, Corey was also very patient. So far, my certified pre-owned Passat is living up to expectations. I'm getting excellent gas mileage and the ride is great. More
