VW is great! When I walked into the lot, towards one of the service members, another service member came to me to help me. After introductions, I explained to Walter what I wanted and he told me exactly how many and what type of vehicles met my standards then offered to allow me to test drive each vehicle. At other dealerships, I had to search for help and they were unable to explain how many or what vehicles met my standards, well not off the top of their heads. Walter walked me seamlessly through the process and even came to get me from work so that I didn't have to purchase a rental, to pick up my vehicle. The service members; Lauren, Walter, and Kevin stayed late to finish my sale. As I drove off, they gave me a smile and a wave. Overall, one of my best car sale experiences. More
