No line - no problem - young man came directly out to gr I arrived at service center early, expecting a line on a Monday morning with no appointment. No line - no problem - young man came directly out to greet me and find out my problem, even though it was before opening time. Took my new (7 days old) Golf R into the shop right away, and sent me inside for fresh coffee (also before hours). Came back to me quickly with keys and a smile - explained that coolant is filled at factory, and dealer tops it off if necessary - sometimes an air pocket happens, and only shows up later when driving, and that's what happened here. He performed a pressure check to insure against leaks, then sent me on my merry way. I pulled into VW of LC at about 0745, and was back in my home by 0830, with good fresh coffee on my breath LOL. More
