It was very, very clean. It has a big screen tv with a coffee and tea station. I actually enjoy being there when I have to. Hopefully, everything is fixed now because I really, really love my Volkswagen. More

They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every detail about my car to me and what they fixed. They really made me feel comfortable (Beaumont did not—I was not impressed with their customer service at all). They treated me and everyone who walked through the door like family! I love my Tiguan, but I love it even more now knowing that I (and my car) are in good hands with the Lake Charles Volkswagen team. More
