Love my VW (my 2nd VW) Stacey did a great job in helping me find the Tiguan that I wanted. We'd gong to several other dealer My wife and I purchased a 2014 Passat SEL on Saturday and couldn't have had a better experience working with Steve. We'd gong to several other dealers, but basically we were ignored until we came to this dealership. Steve noticed us poking around several vehicles and asked if he could help so we took him up on the offer and got all the details on the cars we were looking at, PLUS a few road tests to see if they matched what we wanted. After visiting a couple more dealers we called back and went with the vehicle. Steve gave us his phone number and was kind enough to work things for us even though it was his day off. Saturday he met us at the dealer, gave us a complete walkthrough on the car's systems and features, hooked us up with the finance folks to get it paid for and we headed out happy in a shiny new car! He even took us back and connected us to a service advisor to help us when we bring the back for some finishing touches that we ordered after buying. Can't say enough about how we were treated throughout the process. No pressure, made sure we understood everything and took the time to answer our questions before we made the decision and walked us through everything. Super smooth transaction!! I'd highly recommend these guys and Steve in particular for all of his help! More

In June we purchased a used car for my son to drive to college. 4 days later, he was hit by an unattentive driver and the car was totalled, good news he was not hurt. I called Annette a few days ago to help us get what we paid for the car from the insurance company, as they were going to give us street value. Annette took the time to get me an invoice of the new items like tires and service that were done before the car was sold. He was extremely professional throughout the entire experience and made sure to go above and beyond of what might be required at other dealerships to ensure I was happy with my decision. I could tell he was very appreciative of my business and that his priority was to make sure I was getting the care and attention I was looking for, especially while making a financial decision of this nature. He was neither pushy nor did he seem in any hurry to "close a sale" when compared to the experiences I've had interacting with salespeople at other dealerships. He was very accommodating and willing to work with me to draw up numbers that fell within my budget. All in all, I very much enjoyed the experience and will keep James at the top of my list when it comes to looking for new cars in the future. The Tiguan is great too! Definitely more than I was expecting coming from driving a GTI for the past few years. More
