Best Experience at a dealership!!! Let me start this review by advising that I am not in the best credit situation due to a recent bankruptcy. I received a mailer advising that I had been pre-qualified for a "new start" program to rebuild credit. I accompanied my spouse to the dealership as he was in the process of purchasing a vehicle. Our sales representative, Rick Dutton was straight-forward, knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease (I was skeptical about the mailer - and embarrassed about my credit situation). I felt comfortable sharing with Rick my situation and budget upfront (in terms of what I could afford for a monthly payment). Rick discussed my payment options based on how much I could put down, and also went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle for me (the first car that caught my eye didn't end up working out). I really appreciate the time Rick took to understand what vehicle would be the best fit, and also for not trying to up-sale me into something that I really couldn't afford. Greg in finance was polite, professional and also straight to the point and also went above and beyond to make payment terms work for my spouse. Nick Marsh (finance) was a great help. He made sure to explain the different levels of coverage, but was not overly pushy on the extra packages - which I appreciated. All in all this was the BEST experience buying a vehicle (and I've bought 4 - including my new VW!!) and I am a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. The salesman's name was Mohamed Ali , he knew about the cars and was very professional and very respectful and was not high pressure at all. I purchased a VW Beetle from the dealership and my salesman Mohamed Ali was instrumental in helping me complete the buying process in a fast and courteous manner.
