Misrepresentation of used vehicle Sold vehicle with open airbag recall (airbag may cause serious bodily harm or even death). Misrepresented remaining warranty to get us to buy a $3,50 Sold vehicle with open airbag recall (airbag may cause serious bodily harm or even death). Misrepresented remaining warranty to get us to buy a $3,500.00 warranty. Carfax shows 2 months remaining warranty as of 12/16/16. 6 weeks after purchasing 30K vehicle, it needs a 4K part. Carfax reported vehicle was inspected by the dealer 1 day after we bought it. We did not bring the vehicle back a day after purchase. Brought the vehicle back to dealer and hopefully they will "make it right"!?!? More
