Accommodating, efficient & fun! My husband & I changed our date night to swinging by the Volkswagen store to check out the Alltrack. Handled amazingly on the icy, snow blown roads. No fish tailing or floating. We felt in Control. And above all Safe. Rick, our salesman, was hilarious! My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our experience. As he astutely pointed out to us on a prior review of him... he truly is a "weapon of a salesman". We bought it that same day! Jesse gave me every detail about the car and it gave me trust to go ahead and buy the car even though I was not able to test drive it and see it in person (which I always test drive first). But with the trust and honesty of Jesse I decided to buy. Jesse took out of his busy schedule to meet me half way which he drove 2 hrs to deliver the car to me. I am so happy about the car and the 5 star service that Jesse had shown to me and I want to thank Jesse and the others for their great service.
