Luke and the staff at VW of Inver Grove made my car buying experience extremely easy and enjoyable. They gave me a fair trade in value for my car and when they didn’t have the car I was looking for on buying experience extremely easy and enjoyable. Duane Thompson in sales did an outstanding job showing us all of the features on our new Tiguan and helping us through the car sale. This Dealership was one of the Best dealership my wife and I have ever been to. They did everything they could to get us the car we wanted. Also worked with us in holding the car for a week until we were and I have ever been to. They did everything they could to get us the car we wanted. Also worked with us in holding the car for a week until we were able to come and buy it. That’s called customer service. Especially in todays market that they took our word and trusted us to come back and buy the car instead of selling it to someone is absolutely Amazing. Sam and the finance guy were the best to work with. If I was able to buy a million cars it would be with them. The process was so easy and hassle free. Everyone I know that needs a car I’m sending them to Inver Grove Heights VW. More

We stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon to see a car we'd found online and found a "gem" on the lot. Working with Sam was hands down one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. He never tried we'd found online and found a "gem" on the lot. Working with Sam was hands down one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. He never tried to show us something more expensive, he answered every question we had about the cars we looked at, he gave us honest feedback and was just a really friendly guy to work with. Mike with finance was also really nice to work with. He too answered every question we had and he didn't try to upsell us anything extra we didn't specifically ask for- probably a first for us. We've purchased previously at no commission dealerships, but that didn't mean they didn't suggest a bunch of extra stuff we didn't want. We had NONE of that with Sam or Mike and it made the whole experience so much more comfortable and easy. We decided to purchase near closing time and they had us out of there in about 40 minutes from when we sat down. That was incredible. We were still on time for our dinner reservation and were able to drive our gorgeous (looks brand new!) Infinity QX60 to get there. We left with a beautiful car at a fair price and will definitely stop there first for our next car purchase. More

While traveling through the area and seeking to meet our luncheon friends, my Passat’s low oil light came on. “What do we do! We’ll miss our luncheon meetings!” We drove over to IGH VW service department an luncheon friends, my Passat’s low oil light came on. “What do we do! We’ll miss our luncheon meetings!” We drove over to IGH VW service department and they quickly and efficiently topped off the oil in a few minutes.
