Each one worked very hard to accommodate me and make my experience superior. I will add that having just moved to MN from MT made my navigation skills with no GPS a real challenge. I called Dan 4 times for directions trying to find the dealership again after arriving too late the night before to be able to see the car I had chosen. The 5th time I called the receptionist stayed on the phone with me and talked me to the location and through all this everyone was helpful, patient and kind. I love my 2006 Jetta which is newer and 51,000 mi. less than the car I thought was at this location but wasn't (another long story). I feel I ended up at the wrong place for the right reason. The General Mgr., Reg Proulx also introduced himself and thanked me for being a customer. Dan was on top of the sale at all times, attentive and helpful beyond measure.
