I already refinanced our car as I found a deal that would save our family 30+ dollars a month after only owning the vehicle 15 days...... Plus the dealer works with the credit union I refinanced with... still doesn’t make sense that I didn’t get this deal in the beginning. Poor experience as they can’t seem to handle filing simple paperwork and cause the customer fees. This dealership has gone down hill. I will be going to another VW dealer in the future. Please as a customer ... go to a different VW dealership as Volkswagen of Inver grove does not look out for the customer. More

It was very low key. We discussed and agreed on various details and the finance people took over and finalized the transaction. Dan and crew were easy to work with and more than willing to answer questions and allay our concerns. It was handled well. More

Not getting what you paid for!!! I recently sold my Jetta TDI back to VW, so I needed a new carI contacted VW of Inver Grove to find me a new cara so I told them what I was looking fo I recently sold my Jetta TDI back to VW, so I needed a new carI contacted VW of Inver Grove to find me a new cara so I told them what I was looking for and they found it a 2017 VW Jetta Cardinal Red with a mostly black interior but what I really liked were the wheels ( not your standard jetta wheels ) everyone that saw the car commented on how the wheels made the car look very sharp. One week after I bought the car I went back to VW of Inver Grove to have some things done to the car it needed to have the front end aligned and a couple of things that were ordered by me, when I dropped off my new car I was told that they would align the front end first so as to not damage the work that was going to be done, on the day I was to pick-up my new car I got a call and was told that my car was not ready due to some bubbling of the chip skip and that I could keep the LOANER for another day I thought o.k. so the next day when I went to pick-up my car I did not see it, then a guy drives up and parks the car the first thing I noticed was that the WHEELS that were on the car when I bought it were not on the car so I went in to find out what happened they all seemed busy, I went back outside and all of a sudden my car was gone, I went back in and saw my car on the lift to align the front end, I said to the mechanic WHO switched my WHEELS he claimed to have no knowledge of it, then I found the guy that sold me the car I brought him over to the lift and asked him WHO switched the wheels on my car and his reply was those are the same on all Jettas I explained to him that those were not the WHEELS that were on the car when I bought it. I later called and the Manager and told him what had happened he said he would look into it and that he knows HIS team he asked if I had any pictures and responded that I did New Car owners do things like that. After playing phone tag for awhile I spoke with an attorney, well for up to $2000.00 we could pursue legal action ( yeah like everyone has an extra $2000.00 laying around.) AlLL and ALL going to VW of INVER GROVE was and is the BIGGEST mistake I could have made, take my advice STAY AWAY from VW of INVER GROVE I will NEVER go there AGAIN More

Quick, Easy, Painless I took my used Jetta in for maintnance and after realizing the cost to fix a bunch of stuff, I would be much happier in a new car. I met up with salesman Blake to go over my options. Long story short, Blake got me in a super nice used Audi (exactly what I wanted), papers signed, and out to door all before noon.
