When I arrived at Volkswagen of Inver Grove, I asked to see a sales consultant and Matthew immediately arrived to help me. I wanted to trade in a Jetta with a sunroof for one without and he asked me what k see a sales consultant and Matthew immediately arrived to help me. I wanted to trade in a Jetta with a sunroof for one without and he asked me what kind of Jetta I wanted. It turned out the floor model was just what I wanted and he gave me the numbers of what I could get for my trade-in and what the new car would cost me. I agreed to it and he wrote up the paperwork and then I met with Andrew regarding the warranty and the scheduled maintenance plan. I picked up the new car the next day and they were ready for me with the car cleaned up with a full tank of gas. The whole experience was easy and enjoyable because both Matthew and Andrew were professional, courteous, and friendly throughout the entire time I worked with them. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Honestly, this was the best experience I have had at a dealership in 10 years. Goodbye Infiniti, hello Volkswagen! While searching for a car for my son, I came across a truck that fit my needs, for a pretty good price. I messaged the dealership after-hours and had a test drive lined up for first thing the next mornin truck that fit my needs, for a pretty good price. I messaged the dealership after-hours and had a test drive lined up for first thing the next morning. When I arrived, Luke Lovejoy was ready for me and we got straight to it. The drive went well, and the they did a quick test drive on my trade-in, offered me a fair value for it. Within an hour or so of finishing the test drive, I was signing agreements. All-in-all, it was an efficient and pleasant experience. More
